For permit holder• Check the available dates on the permit. • Permit times are access times. Check the booking dates and times on your permit. Doors will be unlocked 10-15 minutes prior to your permit start time, and locked 10-15 minutes after your permit start time, for the safety of everyone in the school. Groups have a 20-30-minute time frame to access facilities. Doors will remain locked for the duration of the permit, except for tournaments and performances. You must vacate the building by the end time shown on your permit. If multiple teams/groups will require access throughout the booking time, the permit holder is responsible for providing access to only the teams/groups with your permit. • Any changes to your permit may result in a change to the amount owing. If this occurs a reconciliation of your account will take place at the end of your permit. If there are any additional amounts to be refunded or owing at that time you will be notified. • Contact the Permit Office for any date cancellations or alterations. Note: after 5 no-shows permits are automatically cancelled. • For permits using gym space: no outdoor shoes permitted in gym. • No tape is allowed on gym floor. • Please bring your permit with you to the school to provide to custodial staff to gain access. • Emergency phone numbers for building access are listed on the first page of the permit. • Permit holder is responsible for providing all coaches, instructors, participants, parents/guardians, etc. of the rules and regulations for permits
